Built around you

Exercise should feel understandable, purposeful and possible.

Laura translates technical information into clear, practical coaching and adjusts each programme as confidence, capacity and goals evolve.

Personal priorities

What would you like to keep doing?

Training starts with your life, not a generic fitness target.

01

Build everyday strength

Develop strength through an individual programme that progresses at an appropriate pace and connects with the activities that matter to you.

02

Move with more confidence

Practise movement, balance and exercise technique with close guidance in a calm, private environment.

03

Create a sustainable routine

Build a realistic approach to exercise that can fit your life, with regular review rather than a fixed generic template.

04

Return gradually

For people returning after inactivity, sessions can begin with the basics and develop progressively as confidence and capacity improve.

Laura’s approach

Knowledge, translated into practical coaching.

Every programme is shaped around the individual rather than a template.

Laura considers your goals, exercise history, confidence, schedule and current capacity, then develops a programme that can be reviewed and progressed over time.

Her ongoing osteopathy education complements her longstanding work in exercise and movement. Osteopathy is not currently offered through Osteogym.
